Dear Friend,

On behalf of all of the staff of Great Lakes Rehabilitation and the Scott family, we thank you for your support and patronage over the last two decades.

After 20 years serving patients of Norfolk County, Great Lakes Rehabilitation will be closing down on January 31, 2024.  We are very proud to have provided exceptional Physiotherapy, sports medicine and other rehabilitation services to our valued patients in the Simcoe area for over two decades!  Since the tragic loss of our founder Jeff three years ago, we have been actively looking for physiotherapists to join the clinic, or to sell the business as a going concern so that we could continue to serve our patients.  Unfortunately, the healthcare professionals crisis in Ontario has made it exceedingly difficult to hire physiotherapists, and it's even more difficult to attract the very few candidates to rural communities.

Thank you for putting your trust into the staff at Great Lakes Rehabilitation.

We are unable to accept any new patients. Our last day of clinic operations will be January 31, 2024.

Health records of all patients will be maintained in a secure and confidential manner per Ontario College of Physiotherapists regulations. Inquiries related to patient health records may be directed to:

Shannon O'Neal, PT
